Re-order folders pane

Sorry if this has been asked before... I want to know if there is any way I
can re-order the folders pane to my own specifications? I would like, for
instance, to have my Inbox, Sent, Drafts etc. at the top, and personal
folders following on in alphabetical order.

Do you have an Exchange account with personal folders? If you enable your
folder view, then that's how you would see your files ordered. However, no
matter what you call your PST, Outlook still sees it and displays it as
Personal Folders.
