Re Post Front Page will not load after Registration.

Hello,
Really frustrated after complete re-install of XP, Office, FP-2003,
in that after completing the Pain In the ***!@@ "registration"
process for FP, it now fails to load, or do anything at all!!

Frustrated Futher by the fact that this forum would not allow me to post
a "Question" after repeated attempts selecting "New" and clicking "Question"
I finally succeeded in posting a "Suggestion" only to discover
that "This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the
suggestions with the most votes"

After reading this, and discovering that upon reload the forum decided to
alow me to post a "Question" I have decided to re-post rather than waiting
for "votes"
What a PAIN! GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!
Please Help.

Using the clunky web based interface for the newsgroups is discouraged. You
need to subscribe to the MS newsgroups using a real newsreader, such as
Outlook Express.

Thanks Tom,
"Clunky" is a bit of an understatement!
Turns Out I have a problem with "Users" wherein
alternate user (setting up to run a php script from task scheduler)
was calling the php file without php.exe and loading another instance
of FP once/minute. Struggling with too many users (Owner, TJ, TJ2)
but that's a post for another forum. (newsgroups huh?)
Anyway... thanks!
