Re-post - Timer using VBA API sleeper

Sorry to repost a question, but I find this intriguing and would like to find
a way to make it work.

I set up a simple animation with a bell sound for the groups that wanted to
simulate the ESPN type program "Pardon The Interruption" with out a timer
just so they could get through their program.

Below is my original response to Bill, I've also sent a direct question to
Shyam. Sorry for the shotgun approach to getting an answer.

I tried setting this up , but am having some problems...I've never used VBA
before. Any suggestions? Basically nothing happens.
