When the personnel don't work one day in task that had assigned, how can I
do to order the Project for reschedules the chronogram automatically?

In the task or resource usage views, display the line for Actual Work if
it's not already visible and enter a zero for actual work on that day. Make
sure it's recorded in the Actual Work field and not just the Work field. The
hours that shopuld have been worked that day will push out to the end of the
task.

OK, but the problem is this: for example, if the personal has assigned to
work 2 hours on Tuesday in a task, if he don't work in that task an i record
0 hours, Project move the hours to the end of the task and i want that
Project moves the hours to the next day (Wednesday). Can i do this?

Project won't move work in violation of the percentage assignment of the
resource. So if he was assigned at 25% for 5 days, that's 2 hours per day.
He doesn't work on Tuesday for some reason - call's in sick maybe - so he
was even though he was scheduled for 2 hours he actually worked zero hours.
It won't make Wednesday 50% by putting the 2 hours there since you have
already told it that under no circumstances will he work more than 2 hours
per day on that task (perhaps he's elsewhere for something more important
for the other 6 hours, Project has no way of knowing one way or the other) -
that's what the assignment percentage is all about. The the only place it
can put it is at the end. Of course you can manually edit Wednesday's time
and make it 4 hours but without your intervention Project has no way of
knowing such an option would be permissable.
