Re-publishing circle

After making changes in FrontPage2002, I click on publish
and the program wants to send the entire contents up again
even though "changed pages only" is checked.

Did you change a shared border, include page or any other content that
appears on pages throughout your site?

Ok, on both your remote and local copy open and run Tools | Recalculate
hyperlinks and see if that helps, also if you are using FP2002, try the
different file comparing options.

That worked! Recalculate Rules! Thank you very much. It
took a little patience, but after a few send-ups, it now
works fine.
