The Organization Chart solution comes with an option to resize the shapes.
In the Organization Chart menu, choose "Options." In the Shape Display
section, you can type in the width and height that you want applied to all
of your boxes.
In general, there's another way to resize multiple shapes at once in Visio
(useful if you're not using the Organization Chart solution). With all of
the shapes selected, choose View > Size & Position Window. In the window
that appears, type in the width and height that you want applied to all of
the shapes in your selection.
In addition to these methods, Visio 2003 has a new way of handling
selections that makes resizing easier. When you select multiple objects,
you are presented with a single set of "resize" handles that you can use to
resize everything at once. This makes it much easier to manipulate many
shapes at once.
