Re-sizing multiple photos in Word 2007 with hotkey combination

H

Heather

I used a 2-key hotkey combination very frequently to re-size multiple photos
quickly in word 2007, but I have forgotten it b/c I havn't used it in a
while; I would be so grateful if you could help me remember it. I regularly
insert numerous photos between text in a word 2007 document. I click on the
first photo and re-size it to my dimensions. Then I click on the next photo
and hit (forgotten hot key combination) and it automatically sizes it to the
exact size of the first photo I formatted. I can continue to re-size each
additional photo to the same size if I click on the photo and press the
unknown hotkey combo for each one (like a repeated paste or format painter).
I am very satisfied with the outcome of this combination so if anyone
remembers it I would be forever grateful (and certain to write it down!)!!! :)

Thank you for your time,
Heather

Hi Heather,

Using the F4 (repeat last action) key on each subsequent graphic may be the resize effect.

The two key combination could have been related to the Format Painter.
