Reactivate a locked account

I have 2 users that have been locked out due to failed login attempts. How,
in hosted services, can I unlock their accounts?

HI,

Before we go any further, I would like to make sure one thing:

You have mentioned that you are failed to login the 2 accounts and the
accounts are clocked.

1. Do you mean that you have forgotten the password for the accounts?
2. How long have you not log in the accounts?

First, let me explain that if you have not log on the accounts more than 60
days, your accounts would expire. If so, there is no other way to reactivate
it. You need to create a new account and revoke the old accounts. Re-assign
the license to the new account.

If you are using a Groove license package, you can manage your Groove
license by using your Groove web account to log on www.groove.net
http://www.groove.net . After you log on, then click my software, you can
revoke Groove license there. Then you can send the Groove activation key to
your new colleagues. Let them use the key to activate their own Groove
accounts.

Here is a knowledge base article you can refer to for more details:

Second, if your accounts are not expired, but you have forgotten your
password, examine the Groove logon screen for the link Forgot your password?
or Forgot your passphrase? If either is present, click it to obtain a new
password. Then, you can use the new password to logon your accounts.
