I am suddenly getting a message when I open Word 2002 that it has detected a
significant change in the configuration of my machine and that I need to
reactivate my Word 2002 program to avoid going into reduced funcionality
mode. When I place my Word 2002 upgrade disk into the drive, the Wizard says
it cannot find the WORDRET.MSI program that it apparently needs and that's
that. First of all, there has been no changes to my machine that I am aware
of and second, I was using Word without incident a week ago. I cannot find a
copy of WORDRET.MSI on my hard drive and apparently it is not on the CD-ROM.
How can I fix this? I am running Win 2000
