Read Chinese emails in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I can't read emails sent from China on this computer using Outlook 2003 as
my email program. But I can read Chinese doc attachment opened in Word 2003.
I also can read emails written in Chinese correctly if they are composed on
this computer and sent to myself. Where is the trick hidden?
