Read from email address from PSTs

Does anyone know of a command line tool I can run to extract the emai
address of the owner of a PST? I have thousands of PST files I need t
match to the owner's email address. I don't mind repeat info or massiv
text file output, I can mine thru that easily. I hope to end up wit
filename.pst - (e-mail address removed).

So the breakdown: 1000s of PST files, need the owner's email addres
(assume the from field). Thanks!
