I can set read receipt for all emails but not for a single email. Is there a

Before sending the mesage, click View>Options and enable tracking there.

enable tracking there? Where? There are many tabs that open under options
including general but I do not see tracking options anywhere. Please be
specific.

Please be specific.

There are NOT many tabs that open under View>Options. This is the View menu
on the compose window, not the Tools>Options menu in the main Outlook
window.
