Read-only .accdb

I teach classes and need students to open database files as read-only users.
Some students will be allowed unrestricted access (be given a password) to
these same files, but I need to restrict others without passwords (open the
Database as 'Read-only'.) They will need to select records and perform
copy/paste operations.
