Read Only CD

All the CD Word & Excel files I copy to CD are Read Only
and will not change their format.How can I change this so
that I can delete file or put into folders

After you copy them back to the harddrive simply remove the read only
atribute.(r-click the file, select Properties, and UNcheck Read-only)

This would be better posted to a group concerned with your operating
system - it has nothing whatsoever to do with Office.
