Read Only Enterprise Custom Fields

Is it possible to have a view in which only custom fields are visibke in read
only mode?
I want the user to view the data in the custom fields but the user should
not be able to update the values.

That is what PWA was intended for. As for Project Pro, you cannot do this
without making the entire plan read-only.
