hi,
My goal is to create a simple assignment-approval workflow using a task
list in SharePoint. Basically, someone creates a task and
uploads/attaches an InfoPath document (with some simple data entry) and
then assigns it to someone else. From there, the assignee opens the
form and makes some changes to the form, saves it, and then assigns it
back to the orginal assigner.
This is all good except that the second time the InfoPath form is
opened it displays a 'read-only' error stating that the form is 'open'.
I would like the original assigner to be able to edit the InfoPath form
(to mark it as approved) without seeing an error and having to save a
new copy.
Any ideas?
