Read-Only Error When Try Office 2003 File to Netware Server

Dear Sir:

We have a problem same like Article ID : 824424 ("Read-Only" Error Message
When You Try to Save an Office 2003 File to a Novell Netware Network
Location), we need nwrdr.sys file to fix our problem:

Date Time Version Size File name

--------------------------------------------------------

16-Jul-2003 16:53 5.0.2195.6783 161,040 Nwrdr.sys

But I can't find that file in Microsoft web site, please help me!!

Does Microsoft list this as a file available from them or from Novell? Is
it listed as a Hotfix? If yes, have you contacted Microsoft (or Novell) for
the file?

We are working in Taiwan, can't get support form Microsoft Taiwan.
