Read Only Field in Project Professional

Does anyone know of a way to make a particular field "Read-Only" so
that when timesheet actuals are updated to Project Pro the manager
cannot change the result?

There is no way to make most fields Read-Only in Microsoft Project. The
only way they are Read-Only is when the field is Calculated, which means
that Microsoft Project determines the value of the field. Otherwise, you
cannot make the field Read-Only. What you are describing is a situation
where the PM is "tampering" with the data supplied by the team member. This
is definitely a training and performance issue. If the PM has been trained
not to do this, and then he/she does it anyway, I recommend you make this a
performance issue with his/her supervisor. Hope this helps.
