Read Only Forms

I have created a set of Invoice Forms to send to clients. When I create the
forms I can fill them in ok and when I send them they are received ok -
except the recipient can change the forms. I need for the forms to be read
only when they are received. Can this be done?

Did you create a separate read layout and make all the controls on that
layout read-only?

No. I hadn't. I am a programmer but new to Outlook and just trying to muddle
my way through. Thanks for the information.
