I'm using Access 2003 SP3. Run Permissions are set to Owner's, User and
Group Permissions are set to Updata Data etc. When I try to update, I get
Error 80040e09, "Cannot update. Database or object is read-only" even though
the database is NOT read-only as shown under Explorer/Permissions. The .ldb
file is present when I open the database, but seems to disappear when I close
it. Noone else is accessing the database.
Where does the read-only setting come from?
