Read Only Problem

Hi

I have created an ADP and published it to users.

When I use the ADP all works well.

I copied the ADP to their hard drive.

Then they open it they get the follow message

"The Microsoft Office project 'Test' will be opened read-only because one of
the following occurred:

The is locked for editing by another user, or the file (or the folder in
which it is located,) is marked read-only, or you specified that you wanted
to open this file read only."

I whilst developing the package I did not change any permissions.

File and folder permissions are all set to FULL CONTROL

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
