For many years our users have used pst-files as archives to keep the Exchange
database at a minimum level in size. I this way we have of course multiplied
and moved our storage problems to the file server. We are now going to
upgrade to Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 without importing the psts to the
new database. At the same time we don't wan't the users to use psts for
archiving new mails, but only for reading historical mails. Psts can't be
read only as far as I know, but are there any possibilities to make them read
only (Preventing users from moving messages from the inbox to the pst.) by
using policies or something like that.
