Read Only Recommendation

Word has a save option of read only recommendation when
the document is already opened by another user. Is it
possible to have this in Access?

No, this is not possible. You have to remember that an Access file is much
different from a Word document. It is not a document at all, but rather a
data storage and manipulation file.
