Read Only

Hi
I have built a database in 2007 and converted it to 2003 version. I cannot
get it to go read only though. I have changed properties to read only but it
can still be updated. As it is split, should I be making the BE read only and
leaving the front as archive?

SJL,

I THINK what you mean to do is prevent others from 'reading' your code. If
that is the case then you need to turn your database into an .mde (Access
2003 and prior versions) or an .accde (Access 2007). If that is not what
you meant please provide a wee-bit more information.
