Read receipt request prompts eventhough the option is set off

Hi,

I am using MS Outlook2003 SP2 on XP SP2
I have disabled prompting of read receipts and always it it suppose to send
out an read receipt without the confirmation with the following option.

Tools menu from MS Outlook=>Select Options=>Preferences tab=>EMail options
button=>Tracking options button=>
Under "use this option to decide how to respond to requests for read
receipts. Only applies to Internet Mail accounts." select "Always send a
response"

This works fine when emails are received which are created and sent from MS
Outlook.

But for certain mails still it prompts this message confirming to send out a
read receipt.
Following is a extract of the header information from such a received email.

Return-path: <[email protected]>
Disposition-notification-to: (e-mail address removed)
Reply-to: Name <[email protected]>
MIME-version: 1.0
X-MIMEOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.3790.4325
X-Mailer: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000
Content-type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="----=_NextPart_000_20B6_01CA57B8.0FA522C0"
Content-class: urn:content-classes:message
Original-recipient: rfc822;[email protected]

Please could someone advice what may be going wrong?

Hi,

Does MS Outlook always prompt a Read Receipt request(evethough the option
set off in Outlook) for emails received which are created using CDO with a
Read Receipt request?

Please could someone give some advice.
