Read Receipt Rule

I would like to be able to create a rule, I suppose at the Contact level,
that would only send Request for Read Receipt for certain contacts. I don't
want Read receipts all the time, and I don't want to have to remember to
click in every message I create to certain contacts.
This would be most helpful!!

Sorry, Its Outllok 2003, but we are close to converting to Outlook 2007 at
work.
