read receipt this message only isn't working

Read Receipt

How do I get the select this message only to work? I select the two boxes
that indicate read receipt and delivery receipt then the finish tab.

What exactly isn't working?
You might want to tell us the complete story with exact steps to reproduce
and your version of Outlook.
Also, could this option have been disabled by your corporate administrator?
