Read receipts for individual contacts

Is there a way to setup a contact so that every time i
send an email to said contact, a read receipt is requested
automatically from that contact, without requesting a read
receipt from others i send the email to? Basically, i
want a read receipt requested from a specific contact,
anytime i send him/her email. Thanks
