Reading e mails that have had 'Spam' filter applied?

How do you retrieve e mails that have been blocked by 'Spam' filter programme?
How do you then allow e mails from people (that have been restricted) in
future?
(How do you access Spam filter anyway?)
Thanks for your help

Messages that have been filtered are send to the Junk E-mail folder so you
can always retrieve them if you want. A false negative (junk while not) can
be indicated by selecting the message and press the Not Junk button on the
toolbar. Additional options can be accessed through Tools-> Options-> Junk
E-mail Options...

That depends on what spam tool you're using, which you didn't mention. Outlook 2003 is the first version to have a spam filter built in.
