reading email between 2 computers

E

Epiphany

Hi I have 2 computers that have a network set between them. I have the
ablitly to go between the files on the computer, but I want the ability to
read the emails in Microsoft Outlook on either computers with out importing
and exporting the .pst files. Everything that I am reading seems to point to
getting Microsoft Exchange; is that what I really need to do or is there
another way. And when I download Microsoft Exchange will it have to be on
both machines or just one?

If you have a POP3 e-mail account through your ISP then you should be able
to configure outlook on both computers to check the account and see the
same messages on both computers. To do this you need to go to the Advanced
tab of the POP3 account's settings and check the box to "Leave a copy of
messages on the server" and this will need to be done on both computers.

I hope this information is helpful.
