Reading email in plain text format

Hi,

Is there a way to read/print emails in plain text format even if they are sent in HTML?. In outlook there is a security setting that allows just that but I cannot find one in Entourage.

Download & install Allen Watson's free "Strip HTML" script. You can then
run the script on an HTML message to remove the HTML content. You can then
also assign it as an action for a rule to run automatically on incoming
messages if you wish.

I have just downloaded your scrip but when I run it, the signature for my account is added at the bottom of the e-mail to which the html code is deleted. Is there a line that could be added to the script to stop that happening?.
