Reading Forwarded Messages in Outlook 2003

I am downloading messages from Verizon.net to Outlook 2003.

I have discovered that messages forwarded from a SpamCop customer to my
verizon account are not completely visible to me in Outlook.

I can see the original message and attachment but cannot see the message
added by the Spamcop customer who forwarded it to me. However, if I view the
message in the Verizon email interface, I can see the entire message.

I have looked all the drop-down menus and queried Help, but do not see
anything that brings the full message into view. Any ideas how I can see
the full message?

This seems to be a problem when someone using a webmail client to send their
e-mail (i.e. sending from the ISP's website instead of from a program like
Outlook) to Outlook. I have seen it happen with both bellsouth.net and
verizon.net customers. I am not sure where the problem lies or when it will
be fixed, but in the meantime, hold on to the copy you have on the server
where you can see the whole thing.
