Reading from word and appending into access 2003

Can someone help me with this:

My users fill up a word document which has data fields. I would like to be able to read the data entered in the word document and add it to a table in access 2003. I would like to automate the process.

can some one help me with this processs.

You can control Word from Access with COM Automation. That is far too broad
a subject for a newsgroup response. Check some of the recommended resources
in http://www.mvps.org/access or http://ntaccess.tripod.com to see what is
available. It is not, repeat NOT, a beginner-level task.
