Hi Kerry,
The Lotus ID file is for accessing your Notes database on another
computer and since it does contain information used to access your
email and calendar database on the Notes server, IIRC the data is
encrypted so I suspect finding an application that can read it will
not be easy - if any such application is even available.
If you need more information then you may want to find a Lotus Notes
newsgroup. Not only is this one for Office applications but it's also
a Microsoft newsgroup.
