Reading Layout view problem

I know that a lot of people are having problems with the new Reading
Layout view in Word 2003. In my organisation everything works fine
except for one Template. This is a Memo that is being created with a
VB script. All of the other templates are also being created with a VB
script. The problem is that when viewing this Memo in de Reading
Layout view, the layout is not the way it should be. When you try to
save or print it, it will give a error 509.

What is differend from this view with the other views an how can this
be solved.
