Reading LogicWorks ERWin 3.5 ERX files...

Hi,

Is there anyway to import an ERX file, created using LogicWorks ERWin 3.5
version or PLATINUM ERWin Version 3.5.29, into Visio 2003?

Also, is it possible to completely reverse engineer a database using Visio
2003? I have tried this from various machines but it just hung everytime. It
gives a message which says "reverse engineering of more than 100 tables will
reduce the performance" and then continuing with this message results in a
fatal error.

Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
