Reading Messages from Exchange Server: Message not fully downloaded

This is a new issue for me:


Mac OS X 10.4.10 Intel
Microsoft Office 10.3.9
Exchange Server 2003 with all updates


When I open a Public Folder, (over 250 Companies in Public Folder, it
takes about a minute), and click on a company and open a message, the
entire message does not appear. Sometimes when I click the Download
message, it will appear but other times it stays blank.

I do have the preference set to fully download messages.

Any clue as to why my Public Messages are not being fully shown?

Hi Edd!

Public folders are not synchronized to Entourage, so every time you go
to view them they are having to be refreshed from the server. This could
take time depending the amount of data.

Also, I believe only the first 100k of a message is actually downloaded
from public folders.

You can drag certain folders into the Favorites folder and that will
synchronize so you don't have to keep waiting.
