reading metadata and saved data from a .xsn file

hi all,
im making an application where i have to read the metadata from the
samplemetadata file and the saved form data from the xml template file.
both of these files are inside a compressed xsn file.

so i have to open the xsn file in a .net application and read everything.
how can this be done using the infopath object model
