Reading Newsgroups with Outlook 2002 & MSN

I am having trouble configuring Outlook 2002 to access newsgroups through my MSN.com account (Premium). Does MSN support newsgroups through Outlook 2002? I was able to access my MSN emails with the "connector" program from MS, but unable to setup the newsgroup account.
