I have a user that is viewing an additional mailbox within outlook. When he
tries to view any email within that mailbox in the reading pane it just says
"This item cannot be displayed in the reading pane." If he opens the message
to read it, then it will display the message in the reading pane. If he
clicks on to a different message it won't show up in the reading pane and
when he clicks back to the previous message that showed up, it doesn't show
up again.
He is also having a problem in this mailbox flagging messages. Same thing
happens as above, once he opens the message to read it, and it shows up in
the reading pane then he can change the flagging options.
Multiple people have this mailbox added into their outlook. This user and
one other user are having this problem. Other users are not. Also, if we
open the mailbox as a separate profile in outlook, then the reading pane and
flagging options work fine.
This user also has other mailboxes added in his outlook and those work fine
as well as his personal inbox.
We are using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.
Thanks
