Reading pane views in html, opening e-mails reverts to plain text. I do not
want plain text. I have options set to send in html, auto download pix in
e-mail etc. I can't figure out how this option of plain text has occurred
since I have always opened e-mail in html. When e-mail is open Format option
for html is not avaliable to choose and even tho there is a check on send pix
from Internet, this option is grey and I can't choose it either. Have
Outlook 2003, Hotmail. Assistance is most appreciated!
