Reading the serialport with Accsess

Hello

I have a problem wich I do not find any answers for on the net....
I am making a aplication in Access an I need to open the Serial port (Com 1)
and read in the data from a device wich uses almost the same protocoll as
NMEA 1083. I nead the data to be displayed in a large "Textbox" an form here
extraxted and filled inn to fields in tha database....
