Reading Time values from Reporting Database on other time zone

Hi Experts,
I'm having a problem readin time values from a SQL Server located in another
Time Zone. When I update a project using PPRO with time data (Start and
Finish hours), the time entered to the database is entered according to the
Time Zone on the SQL Server. For example while the start time of the task on
Project Proferssional on my machine is 08:00 (Israel time), the time entered
to the Reporting Database (after publish) was 16:00 (US West coast time).
Using Project Professional or reading the dat through PSI seems to retrieve
the correct data but when reading it directly from the Reporting Database I
need some sort of translation.
Have any of you faced such a problem before?
If so, how did you resolve it?
