Reading Word Doc Saved in SPS

Hi All

Does anybody know how to read a Word Doc thats saved in SPS (Share Point Server)?
I believe its saves as WML, I want to read the sections in this document & also read the attributes saved with the nodes.

Can somebody please help me.
