Ready for a New Day 2007, in Japanese?

I attended Microsoft's 2007 launch event yesterday (Ready for a New
Day). It was quite exciting, with lots of good information.

Still, with all that blue (and with an Office "Ask the Experts"
session to boot), I couldn't find out how to use OneNote's "Convert
handwriting to Text" feature for Japanese. I am sure there is a way to
do this in 2007, as there was for Office 2003.

Has anyone out there done this yet? Any tips on configuring Office
2007 for Japanese handwriting recognition?
