Real Dilemma!! Help

I put my switchboard in on the DB I just finished and everything works great.
Somewhere, I clicked that I did not want users to be able to see the database
so if they close the switchboard it goes to a blank screen. NOW I CAN'T see
my database. If I exit the switchboard, it goes to a blank screen and I can't
see my files! What do I do to see them? HELP!!! Thanks so much!

Either start the application with the <Shift> key held down, or press F11 to
open the database window.
