Real Estate Investor Template?

I am looking for a template that will help me with Realtor Leads, Buyer
Leads, Seller Leads, Property Management, Private Money Leads, etc... does
anyone know how I can find such a template? I am a new Access user so if I
had something to start with i thought it would be easier.. Also if I have to
do it on my own, does each section have to be a different file or can it all
be accessible in one file? Thanks!!

Michelle,
After opening access, click on File, New, & On My Computer (based on your
office version).
The templates dialogue box will pop up.
Click on the "Databases" tab, try "Contact Management" or "Service Call
Management".
The only issue is that the template may not meet all your database
requirements at 100%.
You may need to customize it a little bit.
Ecoute, sometimes you may be better off start from scratch once you have all
your database requirements in place.
