Hi all-
Looked through MS template area for this type of list or database. Need to
create one for a client but didn't want to recreate the wheel if there was
one already made! I'm currently working in Office 2000 but if the template
available is in a later version of the program then it's no problem to set it
up for him.
I found and downloaded the Excel 'gain on home sale calculator', which will
be very helpful for him but not exactly what he's looking for. Wants to see
at once on one sheet what he owns, what's being rented, what's in process of
being sold, etc.
Any ideas or templates that you think could be modified from ones already
available?
If not is there one in the works or can someone put one together? I'm ok at
excel but much more functional in word!
