Real Estate Template

Can someone give me suggestions as to how and what i should use out of my
microsoft office package to make a good document for selling real estate. I
need to be able to upload possibly 6 pictures and some text on the property
and I can either send the document out attached to email or from website. I
would rather not have to buy a design template to begin with . Looking
forward to suggestions on hhow to do this.

Thanks JoAnn I will look at that, however I notice a lot of people have PDF
files and wonder are these made from Powerpoint, Word or some other programme.

Could be any of the above, actually. You just create your document in
whatever program you want, then print to a PDF printer driver.
