Real media videos and multiple videos thru LCD projector

I have no problem inserting and playing mpg's but I can't seem to get a Real
Media video to play in Powerpoint 03. Any suggestions? Also is there any
way to prevent a video from playing full screen on an LCD projector? I
would like to have several small video frames on the screen and have each
one start on a mouse click, however, when I try this the screen goes into a
full video mode and I can only see one video on the full LCD projector
screen, not the many other small items. I don't want them playing at the
same time, just playing in there respective location on the screen while
being able to see the other items on the slide also.

I converted the real media to mpg so that is no longer an issue. thanks I
would still like to view small videos on the lcd projector instead of the
full screen video any ideas thanks.
